- economicthoughtprojects (ETP) is the moniker of the artist Russell Hart. ETP was conceived as a title under which Hart could bring together his interest in art production, design and music. Work created by ETP includes live audio performances, artworks, exhibitions, a series of audio pressings on both vinyl and Compact Disc, poster design and an independent record label that focuses on collaborative processes.
